I'm the Treatment Coordinator at Dr. Nappen's office. I'll be one of the first people you'll meet when you schedule your first visit here.

When you arrive for your appointment I'll spend time with you showing you around the office and letting you know exactly how things work. You can ask me any questions you have and I'll find the answers for you - I'm your personal assistant in this office!

Next Dr. Nappen will meet you and let you know whether you are a good candidate for orthodontic treatment or not. You'll have the chance to speak first hand with the doctor. He will show you what he sees, give you a description of his treatment recommendations and an estimate of treatment time.

Then you and I will work together with our office Financial Coordinator, to develop a realistic plan that includes any insurance coverage so we can make your orthodontic investment easy to manage.

Our next step is to get diagnostic records that Dr. Nappen uses to plan the details of your orthodontic treatment. If your schedule allows we can take state-of-the-art digital x-rays,photographs and impressions of your dental structures the very same day!

Once the records are done you're nearly ready to begin. Before we actually start treatment Dr. Nappen uses the diagnostic records as he prepares a written list of the diagnostic findings, the treatment options and recommended treatment plan. It won't be much longer and you'll soon be showing the world a beautiful new smile.
