Nearly every time you come in for a visit, I'll be the first person who greets you.

We know how important your time is and we always do our best to stay on schedule.

Here's an idea of what to expect when you check in for your appointment.

If you have a scheduled appointment you should find your name already on the computer screen located on the counter at the front desk.

Checking in is important and it's also very easy - just follow the simple instructions. If you need any help, just ask for assistance. Once you have checked in on the computer everyone in the office knows you are here.

Then relax for a few moments in our Reception Area. We have the largest magazine rack you've ever seen. It carries a large selection of current magazines for your reading pleasure. If ever there's a magazine you think we should subscribe to, please feel free to let us know! If you need to make a telephone call there's a phone in the reception area for your use. If you need a copy made or something faxed let me know, it'll be my pleasure to help. Make yourself at home and ask if there is anything you need.

If your mouth needs refreshing and you're a little early for your appointment, feel free to use the toothbrush sink. You'll find a free supply of new brushes, paste, floss and mouthwash at the sink.

As soon as your treatment team is ready for you, we'll come and get you from the Reception Area.
